The only positive aspect of living here has been the neighbors. Management takes an excessive amount of time to address even the simplest maintenance requests. Residents are expected to pay for basic items like light bulbs, yet work orders often go unresolved for months. The gym restroom is unclean, had a brown ring in the toilet like there was no running water for a while. These apartments are horrible. Old appliances that break & flood followed zero communication about when repairs will be made. They now rent to anyone, even violent alcoholics hosting parties all hours of the day & night. Those same new neighbors are allowed to assault you with zero consequences, just a reminder that the lease says not to do that. We move into the Mallard Luxury Apartments, an HLW proprty, in April, 2025. Our quality of life was continuously enhanced with the property management. The premises is very well maintained and the clientele was exceptional. We made a ton of friends during our short stay here. At night, the complex is very peaceful and quiet. I lived there few years ago and wrote a review. Somehow it got erased. This place is way overpriced. I got car broken into living there. Cheaply built and can hear all your neighbors through the walls. Flat out liars when they tell you about all the amenities. The gym is a treadmill and few dumbbells. Garages are only a few available and are an added expense. Way better apartments in the area way cheaper. Wondering how it’s considered luxury apartments?
