Mallard Glen Apartments is a great place to live. I have to credit April and Jason for all that they do to keep everything running smoothly. April has been vital to the office. She's very good at helping me when I have questions. She takes the time to explain things so that I can understand. The door is always open even if I just want to pop in and say hi. Jason our new maintenance man is great. He keeps the property nice and clean. No problem that he can't handle. We never have to wait long when we put in a work order. He i... read more
April and Jason are the best. They get every maintenance call done within 24 hrs of requesting. Anything that needs done it gets done.
Great place to live. Jason is on the maintenance request, and April makes sure we have community events, and takes care of us. I'm grateful to live here! Nice area, convenient walk to store!
