Good place to go to they treat me nice and everything and I like their service
I scheduled an appointment for my son, months in advance. I called multiple times before going to the appointment to confirm they weren’t closed for lunch, even left a voicemail. Received no call back or answer. I showed up to the appointment and they were open. So I walk in and let them know I am there for his appointment for them to say I either called or texted to cancel the appointment. I took my son to Dr. Mallard today and am very impressed! They were very efficient. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the young lady’s name at the front desk, but she was great. Super kind, helpful, and professional. Dr. Mallard was amazing with my son and asked him questions directly and not me. I understood what my son needed and he was very patient finding the right prescription for my son. Definitely recommend!!
