Went to the Walmart location and the doctor there was extremely rude to me. My son said he was rude and impatient with him during his eye exam. I’ve been a nurse for almost 30 years and have never dealt with a doctor with such an attitude.

Dr. Mallard and staff have always been very accommodating in meeting my eye care needs, but especially so during the chaos of this pandemic (thank you!).
This is probably the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Every time I have dealt with them they have gone out of their way to give me more than what I asked for. They even hunted me down in Walmart when I forgot to take the free sample pair of contacts I left on their counter. I love these people. They have restored my faith in humanity, no joke.
Dr. Mallard was awesome! He was really nice to me and my daughter and explained everything really good! Highly recommend!!
