Such a positive experience all around! Dr. Brannock and his staff were so friendly and helpful during our first visit! They went above and beyond to help my kids feel comfortable...they both thoroughly enjoyed their visit which says a lot because my youngest son has always been very nervous about the dentist. We are so happy we found Mallard Creek and will recommend it to everyone we know! Thanks Dr. Brannock and staff!!
This was my first visit to this office. From the Front Desk folks, to Vanessa, to Dr. Brannock, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Vanessa was great. Very professional, and very gentle. She is an asset to this office. I get very nervous at dentists, but she put me at ease. So glad I chose this Dental Office!

I will start off be saying I am a big chicken for dental procedures. I went in, not having my teeth cleaned in a few years. The dental asst (Marie) was super sweet and we chatted like old friends. Dr. Brannock was very forward about my treatment plan, but never made me feel bad for waiting so long. He readily filled my rx for my sedative to come back and have a deep cleaning. When I got there, the hygienist (Vanessa) was very nice and explained there is a numbing gel we could try instead of the injections. It was AMAZING!! S... read more
