While we were initially impressed with the overall new construction the honeymoon didn’t last long as small things are starting to show on a 2 year old house. We have experienced electrical wiring issues as the back bedrooms electrical keep tripping, then the main breaker for the living room had to be replaced. On hot days the back bedrooms are hot with the doors closed. The master bath tile grout was cracking and breaking and needed to be replaced.
