I have been living at Mallard cove for a year and a half and I love it here. The office staff is wonderful if you have any problems they are taking care of promptly they are very friendly in the office Karen and Michelle will get the job done.The tennents are very friendly we all try to help each other.The grounds are kept very clean and they have police guard who lives in the complex. The owner is a very nice man he is always here doing ride buys to make sure all is safe and happy all and all I am very happy here and I high... read more
It's a great place to live. Staff is awesome and have been very good to us. Tenants become family. I want to thank you all for your condolences for my husband passing away august 19, 2015. This was his home and the happiest he's ever been!
I could say that this place does have its flaws, but the five years I have lived here considering that the owner is extremely professional and kind, the " playing field is even". I have lived in other apartment complexes where the living conditions were either perfect or less than , but the staff was either non- present, fake, or manipulative. If staff is your thing- move here!
