Such prompt responses to all requests.
The place is very nice the apartment is very beautiful my opinion the washer and dryer should have been included with the apartment the manager Shawnna is very professional and very helpful and respectful she did a wonderful job showing us around the property.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with our move-in experience at Mallard Bay! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. Emily was our main contact throughout the process, and she made everything so easy. She was always quick to answer questions and keep things moving smoothly. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their residents.
My wife and I are both disabled. Jesus has always been the first to ask if we need anything. He answers request calls quickly and professionally. Explained everything he was doing and why, very clear communication. Very nice and kind friendly service. Hire more guys like him.
As long as you’re ok with living with ants, gnats and spiders year round this place is pretty peaceful
