Always quick to fix anything. Great place to live. Love it.
There were a few minor issues that the maintenance department cleared up quickly (tough up paint, screen door, bathroom fixtures, and window adjustment). They also replaced the lock a storage unit. Thank you maintenance crew.
I had the greatest experience working with Emily in the leasing office! She showed my mom and me around the community and the club house as well as the other amenities are absolutely beautiful! Emily has a wonderful personality, and she is very professional, thorough, kind and attentive. The management staff is efficient and also very professional and nice. I feel my mom made the perfect choice to move to Mallard Bay Apartments!
