this place is absolutely terrible with maintenance. on numerous occasions i have submitted a request and no one shows up and they just mark it as complete. on 3 separate occasions my upstairs neighbors apartment has flooded leading to water coming in my ceiling and all maintenance did was put a fan in my kitchen and told me to run it all night and that they would come back to get it and address any water issues in the ceiling. no one came back to address anything or even bother to pick up the fan for 3 days. as a result of t... read more
