Visited a friend's appartment for a few days and had the pleasure of seeing how the place was ran. Do NOT stay here. They will not allow you to have full control of your A/C, it's only a "seasonal" luxury. It is impossible to get good sleep with fluctuating temperatures of the spring (not to mention how thin the walls are and constantly hearing your neighbors. Stay away if you can!
UPDATE: I stand by most of this review, but I need to give where it is due and say that the Mallard Bay staff did turn our AC on earlier than thier required conditions. This was after a lot of complaining, but still -- they came through. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Where do I even begin. We still have a couple months left on our lease and it is miserable.
