I want to give a big shout out to Tyler, one of the maintenance staff who took care of three fixtures that was done yesterday. Tyler completed the work efficiently and in a timely manner. He was also cheerful and polite.
This is the most awful apartment I have ever stayed in crown point and these folks don’t have standards at all, ants and insect on every floor and all around the house every time, and who charges $280 for water and sewer for 58 days of usage in a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 occupant, they are fraudulent with their bills, I will stay off this shitty apartment and I will never recommend anyone to stay here

When I moved the windows and sliding are dirty as in black dirty. One of the burners in the gas range is not working. One of the sockets was pulled out literally out with the wirings out. Didnt expect that there are no lights in the living room and both bedroom. The window in the second bedroom needs to be repaired and the water is leaking in the bathroom floor of the 2nd bathroom, although they repaired it right away as a new tenant I prefer them checking all of this and it being repaired even before we moved.
