I have been seeing Dr Malinowski for over 10 years and she is absolutely great! So great, that even if I decide to retire outside of the state of Michigan, I will still fly back to here for my annual and semi-annual checkups with her. She has definitely saved my eyesight after two detached retina's. I went to her initially because my first Dr misdiagnosed my condition after the 1st detachment. I highly recommend Dr Malinowski. Highly competent and skilled.
I went to Dr. Malinowski with a retinal tear that required emergency assistance. The pre-surgical care, surgery and post-surgical care went perfectly. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone requiring this surgery. She maintained a calm and reassuring atmosphere during surgery that caused me to relax. She provided commentary throughout the surgery to explain exactly what was happening and the progress being made. Excellent doctor.
Never leave negative reviews, but I had a horrible experience with this doctor. Very rude to her staff, and rude to patients. I counted 27 people in the waiting room, with an office of 3 doctors. 4 hours wasted on tests, just to have the doctor hurry through the consult, while degrading staff and talking down to me. No answer, and very rude. Thumbs down to Dr Malinowski. Worst doctor I have ever dealt with.
I had some unique eye problems at 31 years old. CRVO (Central Retinal Vein Occlusion) which led to a partially detached retina. I was somehow lucky enough to find Dr. Malinowski. I have nothing but great things to say about her. She has a very warm and caring demeanor which takes the stress out of serious eye appointments. But the real value, is her abilities as a Doctor. She performed a vitrectomy on my left eye, and restored my vision back to 20/20. Her skills saved my vision.
Was referred to Dr. Malinowski by my optometrist. She was very professional, listened to all of my questions and concerns. I'm grateful I was referred to such an outstanding physician. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a retinal ophthalmologist.
My total experience with Dr. Malinowski has been great. Her great personality puts one at ease. Dealing with your eyesight can be a scary proposition. Her practice is so very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a retina specialist.
Was referred to Dr. Malinowski by my Ophthalmologist. She confirmed the initial diagnosis of a macular hole, and that it would not get any better without surgery. I had the surgery done at Straith Hospital, which I would highly recommend to anyone who needs eye surgery. Dr. Malinowski explained all I needed to know about the procedure and the aftercare. Its been about 3 weeks since the surgery, my eye has improved nearly 100%. I would recommend Dr.Malinowski, highly. She's a nice person.
I have had the honor and privilege of having Dr. Susan Malinowski as my eye specialist for more then 6 years and can honestly say that she has saved my really bad left eye where she worked very hard to bring it to 20/40 by having lazer treatments and injections in my eyes. She has been a god send in my life and would proudly recommend Dr. Susan Malinowski to anybody seeking an outstanding eye specialist!
