First visit & took advantage of my insurance & refused to answer questions; said to ask my ophthalmologist. When I requested another physician, who I met with during a series of tests a month earlier, she sent a letter denying me access to anyone else. I was in complete shock to be treated so poorly. She is someone who cares and someone you can trust, she made me believe not all doctors are in for the money, she is very good at what she does and answers all my questions. I wish I could find a primary care doctor like her.
I first saw her 2012 (for an epithelial layer growing on my left retina, which seriously distorted my vision). She eventually did surgery (also had to laser a detached retina issue), which restored more left vision. Unfortunately, The left eye developed a blood clot (which she treated) and continues to monitor). That eye, doesn’t focus well, but I trust, the care here (at Retina Consultants, Southfield). “Superb” Expertise Medical Attention.I am still digesting the wonderful news I received from Dr. Susan Malinowski on 10-25-24 re. the Healing of My (BRVO) Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (blood vessel rupture behind my retina).
