In April of 1985, Dr. Malinoski purchased the practice of Dr. Malcolm, who was retiring at the time. The office was located on Spring Street until 1988, when we moved into a larger facility on Portage Avenue. The office had four treatment rooms and a large reception area. We thought we were in heaven. We stayed at that location for six years. By then, our patient base and our staff had doubled. We needed larger quarters again! I love the friendly warm atmosphere of this place. It is very professional and very nicely decorated and yet seems to have all of the latest in dental technology. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

Greatly appreciate – On June 30,2011 , we had our bunny Koko at Midwest for an eye injury and we saw a new vet named Dr. Johnson. We were very comfortable with her as well as the other doctors we see regularly.. Dr. Johnson was very gentle and kind to Koko. He has been at Midwest since Memorial Day for a cornea injury and is being treated very well. So well, his eye his healing very nicely. Cost here is NOT an issue. Once again, Dr. Johnson was VERY nice to him and us as well.
Excellent Service – The service I received for my initial deep-root cleaning was professional and done in the amount of time estimated. I have had no residual pain and the results seem excellent so far. Looking forward to the evaluation of the results at my next check-up appointment.

Unbelievable Treatment – I've been a patient for years and years. The treatment from the staff is unbelievable. They are like my second family. Everyone is always happy and friendly, and that is hard to find at a dental office. Dr. Malinoski is the best!!!!
