Dr. Malini Reddy has been a true blessing! She is extremely personable and professional. While being patient and kind, she listens to everything I have to say, asks a lot of questions, and makes sure she understands all my issues and concerns. She explains her plan of action, and what to expect. I can tell she truly cares about me as a person, and helping me live the healthiest life possible. I highly recommend her!
Paying a lot of money because they sent bloodwork to an uninsured lab despite multiple lab options that are in our network. Told 7 weeks and multiple messages later they hadn't contacted our insurance yet for prescriptions that were urgently needed because they were short staffed. Difficult to reach when you have medical or billing questions.
Dr. Malini Reddy is one of the only healthcare providers I’ve ever had who genuinely listens to me. She has never dismissed any of my worries or concerns, and she orders tests and issues referrals promptly when they are needed. She’s a wonderful primary care physician! I highly recommend her.
