Ralph and Lina are fantastic landlords, and were always very nice, fun to talk with when around, and fixed everything really fast. All our neighbors in adjacent buildings run by them also had similar experiences too, and really were happy in their places!
I lived with Ralph Malin for multiple years and had a truly lovely experience. They are so kind and responsive - I would highly recommend renting from their family business if you live in the Greater Boston area!!
Ralph and Lina have been great landlords to me. They were always available and attentive to any problems or issues that I had, and were very friendly and eager to help. I never felt like I was treated unfairly or unjustly.
