Been getting my hair done here for a year. Always getting wonderful compliments on hair. I had a job interview and I did not keep business card of stylist who does my hair. Called the owner and she arranged for another stylist to do my hair. The other stylist was working on my hair and my original stylist came in on her day off to take care of me. I came to this place to get micros, first I was told it was human hair being used and it was not. This hair has been tangled since they put it in. When I let them know about my dissatisfaction and went back, all the did was rebraid the ends and put mousse on them, which did not help the situation at all. I have only been able to wear these braids in a ball the whole time they've been in my head and I spent $190 on these. I have never spent that much on micros and to not be satisfied is crazy. I've been going to the shop since 2009, awesome service and braids.
Can't complain. Made my appointment, got there at 8 am, they allowed me to eat my breakfast while we picked out the hair I wanted. Started promptly at 8:30 am with two braiders and I walked out at 2 pm, awesome. No it's not the Westin Spa, but it's a nice environment with a television. I will be going back for more micros b/c they turned out beautiful.
