I made an appt for my son, took time off from work to take him, only to be told 15 minutes before appointment time that they had to reschedule him. (They left a vm for the wrong person because they wrote my phone number wrong.) Fine, it happens. Got an appointment confirmation vm the day before the NEXT appt. Take more time off work, show up, and AGAIN I'm told that they can't see him because they're "still having issues with Karen". No cancellation vm. Will not go back.
Dr. Waite is very Family friendly. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and then let you know what he feels would be best for you.
Let me go without appointments for weeks. Rude. Very short me although I was there 5 minutes and a patient for 4 years.
A sad old man. I am aware that psychiatrists no longer offer ‘talk therapy’ & seem to exist solely to dole out medications, so my expectations were fairly low. With that said, I was not prepared for the shear hostility & condescension this pill mill of a ‘MD’. I’m on Wellbutrin & was looking for a better alternative. His response was ‘No better alt., & how many refills do you want?’ I receive my existing med from my primary, he just wanted the prescription fee. I called the med. board-STAY AWAY!

I was taking my daughter to him but our insurance changed. I like the doctor but his staff is horrible, rude and liars.. I called on a Monday left a message, to ask about the insurance issue, the receptionist was all about excuses of why I never received a call back. I got ahold of the office 20 minutes before my daughters appt. I asked the receptionist about call backs, she said she hadn't checked the messages yet, this was Wednesday at 12:30. Ridiculous customer care and service..
