never called me for my appointment last week and when she called finally today was extremely rude, eating while on the phone with me, and rushing . did not care about anything i had to say and had zero empathy . also hung up on me . if i could give zero stars i would .
if I could give her no stars I would. She talks a lot but does not give you a chance to speak. All she wants to do is hand out medications. I was speaking to her about a certain thing and her response was to laugh. No empathy at all. Terrible. Seek care elsewhere.
I would tell about my last visit on Friday July 10th at 5:45pm but the video appointment never happened, never received a call or notification about any cancellation. This office is ran by people that only want to take your money and not care for the patient! They will prescribe medication that is important to take daily to help with recovery then ignore the fact the patient could be without it for a week until the doctor (S. Malik) feels like finally doing her job that she took a oath for. She is treating some of the most v... read more
Negative stars. Difficult to believe she is actually licensed. Zero compassion for anyone. Only thing she seems to do well is to bill insurance companies. Run as fast as you can
I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Shazia Malik of Psych Care Consultants in St. Louis scheduled for 4 PM on Friday 5/29/20. This was a first time appointment. Dr. Malik was to call me for the appointment. She NEVER called. I waited with my phone nearby until after 5 PM. I sent 3 emails in that time inquiring about the call. I NEVER received a response to those emails. I telephoned her office several times, but I NEVER got through to someone, or even to voicemail. It appears that Psych Care Consultants is a "corporate" m... read more
The waiting room is stark and unwelcoming. The chances of you actually seeing Dr Malik during an office visit is rare. It's usual left to a practitioner. They generally go down a prepared check list, write a prescription, and send you off. It feels like assembly line health care. Scheduling your next appointment is generally a waste of time. In my 4 office visits 3 were cancelled and rescheduled. Getting refills in a timely manner will required constant personal intervention on your part and the pharmacy. So build up a reser... read more
This Dr. deserves no stars. I have only seen her once, every other time you see the NP. I had a phone meeting with her that she called me over 2 hours late and I was unable to talk because I was at work by then. I called her office for a refill and to reschedule over ten times and would be on hold for 30 min then it would hang up on you. Refill lines mailbox was full. Left message in new client line, no call. Went up to office left a message for her to call, no response. Called and actually got an answer and left another mes... read more
Terrible! 12:30apt.and she arrived at 4:30. Saw her at about 6 and left at 6:30PM. Collects copays from all waiting patients that wait forever after paying. Pay to see PA as often as not. You don’t get paid if she’s late hours but get charged for being late or not showing. Unbelievable. Only answer new patient calls. On hold forever for anything else. Nothing like it that I’ve encountered. -3 stars but 1 required to leave revue.
I have been at patient here for several years. At first, I seldom saw Dr. Malik, she is mostly out of the country. I wait for an average of 3 hours each visit. I formed a very good and therapeutic relationship with one of her nurse practitioners, now I am denied to see her because they don’t get along. Now, they have started asking to drug test if you are prescribed any controlled substance by this office. I feel like a criminal, testing me to see if I am taking my medication or not. I feel like this office is too crowded, D... read more
