Was inpatient she prescribed rx I had never been on. Two months later I have not seen nor talked with this doctor. Has a service that answered all calls so can never talk to a physical office.
She NEVER shows up for appointments. The closest she has come to keeping an appointment that had been scheduled for 3 months was call me 6 hours late. Save yourself mental stress and abuse and go elsewhere.
Not Dependable, Doesn’t keep appointments (Got No Call/No Showed 5 times), Doesn’t return calls, ended up having to call off work several days because my prescriptions were not filled AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN FILLED. One time I went 17 days without my meds because she failed to call them in. I called the office everyday and they send her messages WHICH SHE IGNORES!!! I get anxiety so bad when I know my apt is coming up and my meds need filled, I break out in hives.
Doesn’t keep appointments, doesn’t return calls, ended up in the ER because my prescriptions were not filled.
I would leave negative stars if I could. I had an appointment with her over 2.5 weeks ago and was told I needed 2 scripts and that she was going to call them in. She never did. I have called the office 3 times trying to get the medication and no one knows what it is because nothing was wrote in my file. After that I decided to try to switch doctor's within the practice. Still waiting on her to sign off on it. (Been over a week and a half) I do not recommend her if you would like any results.
Dr. Malik has been my psychiatrist for over a year now. She is horrible with keeping appointments on time. For the past year & a half she shows up to my appointments 3-5 hours late. She never takes accountability for her tardiness. Her office is unhelpful as far as knowing if she’s going to attend an appointment or not. They never let me know if she’ll be late or if she’s unable to make an appointment. It's been over a year since I've seen Dr. Malik. I saw her one time through the services of Center Point Hospital. She wasn't helpful at all! It was my understanding that all my bills would come from Center Point Hospital. I don't see why I continually get bills from Dr. Malik... A year later! I'm not paying them until they can show me why I still owe them. Beware of Psych Care Consultants, the business that she is affiliated with. They are a SCAM! And Dr. Malik is of no help at all.
My visit(s) never happened. I was scheduled for one, which was cancelled the day of and re-scheduled for a Sunday in which the date was not clear. When The person called to re-schedule the cancelled appointment, which was cancelled the day of said appointment, I was told Dr. Malik was scheduling her appointments for Sunday. When Sunday rolled around, I waited for a call that never came. When I called to verify the date, I was told it was the following Sunday. I saw her as a teen and she was good. Quit going to her and then 20yrs later; let's just say her practice does not have anybody's care in mind but her own. She has scheduled appts, that she doesn't even show up to the office for until 3hrs later, chows down on food while seeing her patients (when she sees them), and is altogether obsolete when talking and listening...which is her job!
