Terrible business. This business litters and has no respect Also just FYI - they don’t shred their invoices and their garbage is flying all over the subdivision behind them. The neighborhood knows peoples names and addresses and credit card numbers on all these invoices.

I was having issues with a competitor and not getting any answers or follow up to the point I started looking for another pool company to finish my in-ground pool after months of delay. A few phone conversations with John and he had answers for me and a solution should my contractor not get my pool finished. John was professional and kept his word. Highly recommend Malibu Pools.
Just over a week ago, I attended Malibu Pools, Portage Road, Niagara Falls. Had a wonderful and very informative experience with a kind gentleman, Nicky, who assisted me completely with directions and every needed products to maintain a new hot tub purchase. Cannot say enough of how pleased I was with everything Nicky helped me with. With such a pleasant exchange, via Nicky, I will remain a loyal consumer to Malibu Pools. Thank you!!!
