Jack, John and the entire Malibu Team were nothing short of outstanding handling our in ground pool installation. Their guidance and professionalism is superior and authentic. We received proper communication from all parties throughout each step of the process. The entire team was very patient regarding decision making and answered all of our questions following up on each and every aspect. We cannot thank everyone enough and will continue to recommend Malibu any chance we get!

After 4 years of struggling with our pool, we switched to using Malibu as our pool service and so glad we did! They had their service techs. out to us within days, and the proper diagnosis made and parts ordered a couple days after that. Within a week, our pool is fixed and running perfectly.
