We had a pool built by malibu pools summer 2022. We were happy with the communication at the beginning when they were still collecting money from us. Half way through our pool build we began having some issues with the design of our pool, we were very clear from the beginning that we wanted 90 degree corners and paid extra for wall-to-wall steel steps for our rectangular, modern pool. I headed to Malibu Pools to get chemicals to open my pool. The 2 guys working were extremely helpful in getting me what I needed!!
Amazing experience! I forgot to get a bottle of algicide for March so I called to see if they had any in stock. Yeah they did! In the 6 minutes that it took me to drive there, John had the bottle ready on the counter. Talk about fast customer service! I also needed to stock up on chemicals for the summer and opening, so John pulled up my account and said he would order all the necessary items for my opening. Malibu installed our pool at the end of last summer (2024). We were so happy with how it turned out! The process was so quick and seamless. They were great from the designing process to the installation. We have gotten so many compliments on the shape of our pool which was recommended by Malibu. They answered all of our questions and even went through how to clean and take care of the pool with us once it was complete. Our experience was great, would recommend them to anyone thinking of putting in a pool this summer!
