Malibu Pools is the best! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. Super helpful and super communicative whenever I call or have an issue. Eddy goes above and beyond every time I come to the store or have any questions. I highly recommend coming here for all your pool needs!
My pool renovation was started over a year ago. Although there were multiple bumps along the way, an issue with the skimmer's weir flap has yet to be resolved. Despite my multiple texts to contact the owner, responses have been sporadic and have resulted in significant delays in resolving the issue. The prompt resolution would allow for the pool to be fully enjoyed without the constant ongoing stress of all that can and has gone wrong when the skimmer isn’t working properly.
