I am Constantly being strung along without resolution, over a simple fix that I have already paid for. My pool renovation was started over a year ago. they made multiple mistakes throughout the process. What still remains is an issue with the skimmer's weir flap. It’s running my pool pump down and is causing improper circulation which causes the pool to turn green. You guys reserve 5 parking spaces that are always empty and then park in the general parking or block traffic by parking by your back door. Your empty store uses half the spaces for no reason.
Malibu Pools is the best! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. Super helpful and super communicative whenever I call or have an issue. Eddy goes above and beyond every time I come to the store or have any questions. I highly recommend coming here for all your pool needs!
