I took my daughter and two of her freinds to have their nails done. The price board said $25 full set and $19 for gel nail polish. My daughter wanted black gel polish and silver ring finger. Her lady told her that this hombre would look better, and processed to do this. As we got up to the register she charged her $79. This is ridiculous. Taking advantage to a young girl that only got her nails done for homecoming. The other two girls got regular nails, regular polish and was charged $46 and $39. Not even the same price. Was in today and had Ann give me a shellac manicure. Love how it turned out. Staff was very pleasant and the salon was clean. Will definitely be back!
The older gentleman was very unprofessional as apparently he messed one of my toenail. He proceeded to mumble under his breath and take the polish off the whole foot. Someone else had to come over and finish. I will never go back.
I made an appointment to get my nails filled and repainted and they were more than accommodating to me. Offered me water as soon as I sat down. Only downside is my nail (middle finger on my left hand) was a little smudged. But nothing noticeable unless you’re really looking for it. Great prices and friendly staff!
great customer service, very polite, very accommodating, great value, great results
Pros: receptionist and technician were nice. Leg massage felt great. Cons: went in for a pedicure. Cuticles were left raggedy looking, nails were filed unevenly, nail beds were not buffed smooth, polish selection was not good unless you like nothing but bright old colors. I had to go back to my regular salon to get my feet fixed. To be fair, I called the salon the next day to inquire about a refund, was offered a re-do instead, but there is honestly no way I’d ever go back.
we called in advance to find out how much was for nails gel and acrylic, well was quoted 35 for gel and 25 for acrylic, and 24 for only gel polish, well was the first time I went there and will be my last, they charge you for each thing they used, for two people came out 200.00, didnt state was being charged for polish, utensils and I guess to wash hands also, I always go to the one at north park mall, but wanted to try here, big mistake, at least at the mall it's a set price no additional fees. do not recommend anyone to co... read more
