Tough to beat the customer service at Malibu. Friendly, no attitudes and no pressure. Just a bunch of good guys selling cars. Everybody I talked to on the lot was great. They even provided a drink and a bath for the goslings that wandered onto the lot! LOL. Steve was able to answer all my questions about my new (to me) car and John took care of the transaction with no hassles. Even when I threw a couple of curve balls at them; they took it in stride. I would recommend Malibu to family and friends. Thanks guys.

It’s been just over 3 weeks since I picked up my new wheels and I’m very satisfied with the purchase! The team at Malibu motors were great to deal with. They’re friendly, personable and trustworthy. Steve was a great help in finding the right car and John was super kind and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend.
Overall I really wanted to like this team, but some major red flags were raised when recently looking at a used truck. — Update reply to John: I understand that you were rushing things, but those errors are exactly the issue, and in your reply you still aren’t acknowledging that you screwed up and faked the inspection report. Then were pressing us that the only way to buy the truck was to trust this report, as you didn’t want to accept a deposit, and allow it to get independently inspected that week.
