I recently sold my late father’s home, and Currey was the buyers’ agent. Currey made an already stressful and emotional transaction much more stressful than it needed to be. His written offer had errors in it that my agent needed to correct with addenda, which Currey completely ignored; these required forms were only signed by the buyers at closing because my agent arranged with the title company to have them signed.
