I recently sold my late father’s home, and Currey was the buyers’ agent. Currey made an already stressful and emotional transaction much more stressful than it needed to be. His written offer had errors in it that my agent needed to correct with addenda, which Currey completely ignored; these required forms were only signed by the buyers at closing because my agent arranged with the title company to have them signed. Chad got us into look at the house we wanted to see the same day we called him. During the process, we could call or send a text, and he would get right back to us. He helped us with negotiations and making sure we got the house we wanted. He is very friendly, knows lots of people in the area, and makes finding you home an easy process. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
