I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Absolutely! They made an extra effort to support and encourage me Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. all my children have this pediatrician im sure that my next baby will be here too :)

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
