Michelle was a wonderful hygienist. Besides being personable, she seemed to be extremely thorough. I would ask that she do my cleaning again next time.
Don"t appreciate when office manager/accountant ( never seen this woman before) speaks out very loudly if I would like to paid my bill. I was in the lobby getting my coat on when her voice was asking me the question about money( rather embarassing). First of all the bill was for a $100 from Jane's appointment less than 30 days ago( of which I mailed the check in several days prior). I always have a good visit and cleaning with Beth. We are old "friends". Dr/ Endicott was great too.
