Avoid Ladislav (Larry) Malek construction! We hired him to build an ADU for us and it was an absolute disaster. Substandard work, did not complete the project per contract, fraud committed, misappropriation of payments, unable to pay his subcontractors, constantly asking for money ahead of time, no communication of change orders and the list goes on.
Awesome job I got from them, his worker Luis is very efficient and very knowledgeable. They gave me ideas on what to build and under construction right now.
