I would rate Kevin at 0 stars if I could. He appraised living square footage of our home in 2024 at $46.50/sq ft - a home that has been completely remodeled. Please tell me where in America you could find living square footage at that price? You can't even build living square footage for double that price? When we appealed he said he couldn't find a good comp to compare it to so he is sticking with his original estimate. I was not seeking his services, but I had a question about standards which the appraisal industry uses for measuring.
