Having Dr. Male as my physician is a pure pleasure. I would give him 10 stars if I could. His staff is extremely excellent and friendly.
I'm very pleased with the level of service that I receive from Dr. Male. He is very thorough, pleasant and great to interact with during my visits. The staff in Dr. Male's office are also a pleasure to deal with.

Outstanding doctor, just visited 9/13/19 after my wife experienced a very bad bike crash. He is thorough, polite, not rushed, and we left feeling he was one of the best doctors we have seen in quite a while. I found the office personnel very polite and efficient, caring. Our wait time was not excessive since we were basically a walk in from the hospital ER to his practice for next day follow up. I’d just like to point out the fact that every review less than five stars is because of the wait time - this has nothing to do with the quality of doctor Richard Male is. I highly recommend him, coming from someone with hypogammaglobulonemia - I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my day! He is quality, very thorough, and knows what he’s doing!
Dr Male is very thorough in patient questions and setting up necessary lab test. I feel confident in his medical advice.
I will not return to Dr. Male’s office ever again. I’ve been there many times over the last year. I have waited two hours to see him. And have walked out twice because the wait was so long. Phone calls are never returned (about lab results or prescription refills!) It’s been a horrible experience with this office for my husband and myself! Do not go to this Doctor!
Could be the best doctor in the world but if his office e never answers the phone, so what? I was looking for a new primary physician so called this office. I was immediately put into a continuous loop of being sent back to the main menu. Finally, I chose the option of leaving a voice message which "will be returned as soon as possible". Five days later and still no return call and no acknowledgement of the appointment I made via the website.. Too bad.
I waited 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. I was there for a total of 2 hours, of which, I only saw the doctor for approximately 10 minutes. This was my 1st appointment. Dr Male seems to be a good doctor, but his office management is horrible.
