They're alright. I wanted trt and I got it. Seems like they have 3rd worlders manning their message portal. They use 3rd worlder words like the word "kindly". You want that trt, they got the hookups.
The communication (or lack there of) is maddening! Signed up and wanted to upload some previous test results. There online system wouldn’t allow it. Used the chat feature, but it kept closing out the conversation after one response I had to start over every time when I needed to respond to what they said. They wouldn’t give me an email address to send my results too. Chatted online or on the phone with 6 different people and never could upload results. If they can’t even do that right, why would I trust them with my health? ... read more
Beware, Male Excel will charge you and not send medication. They will call it "Membership Fee". My last delivery was Nov 8th, I have been charged $198 for December, January and now February. Zero shipments in that time. Call to customer service, no resolution, no refund, complete fraud. Why can't they just be honest and transparent? (oh, that's right, they are GREEDY) Just wish a zero star rating option was available, they have earned it.
