Everything in the advertisement was a lie and the price is nowhere near 49 a month its 49 per appointment and if the wifi messes up you have to pay again and again and for the bloodwork and pay for the prescription everything is cash and they dont tell you when they are charging you
Good product but these folks don’t give a hoot about customer. It was time for my refill so I did the questionnaire and submitted. A week later still no review, ended up having to cancel as was leaving town and wasn’t sure I’d be home. I only had two more days of meds left so they couldn’t get them to me fast enough. Shop around please.
I am on my way to Greece for two months, and forgot my bottle of TRT. I googled how to get one in Greece, as I will be there for 2 months, and it said all I need is a digital prescription, and I can easily get one in Greece. I requested one from Male Excel, but was told they do not do this. Started this Male Excel nearly a month ago. Still waiting to get the lab results. Can’t get a live person on the line to talk to. They hit my credit card but still not doing anything. They keep saying 7 days to get labs. It’s been more than 7 days and they keep saying the same thing. I am moving to some other agency. I guess my money was scammed out of me. I would avoid this company.
Endless spam messages ever since I started a membership with them. Non-stop getting urology and other men's health spam text messages. If you opt out, it doesn't stop it. I absolutely don't recommend MaleExcel
