I feel the ALL housing departments are just going through the motions of actual work or caring. The amount of over occupied units and extra cost and main of these units is absolutely insane. Sanitation isn't an issue with inspectors and occupants know your coming and hide what doesn't need seeing! It's complete abuse of power and resources. How or why with a housing shortage can a single person receive a voucher for a 2 bdrm unit, and why do they have a vehicle if they can't pay rent! The staff maintenance and management do everything possible to accommodate and provide for all residents and even go beyond recommended.They all work hard day in and day out .
I have been through different housing throughout the years, but never once was I mistreated, accused of things I didn’t say and insulted indirectly by some workers. It got to the point that they did try to cancel my voucher by using false accusations against me. God is good and they didn’t get away with that. Be extra careful with them and always go accompanied by someone because they are capable of accusing you with false statements. This is the worst housing I have been involved with.
