Went here back in March to buy a new truck with the intention of leaving with one that same day. I had an amazing experience with Malcolm Cunningham! They made a usually not so pleasant experience pleasant. The process was very fast, seamless and they went above and beyond. Nate Parrish was my sales associate. He listened to my needs and communicated with the financing representative to get me in a car that fit my needs and budget. While our salesperson was extremely friendly, I wouldn't recommend this dealership. They will definitely get you IN a vehicle. Although I was excited to get my 2018 GMC Yukon, less than a MONTH later it starts giving me trouble while ON THE INTERSTATE. Took it to my local dealership to find out spark plugs and wires were bad. Why am I facing an additional $700 charge for a $30,000+ vehicle that I JUST purchased off the lot not even a MONTH ago?!?!?!?
