Very disappointed with my experience at this service department. I brought my 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray in because of an issue I was experiencing, and my vehicle remained at the dealership for over a week with little to no communication unless I personally called to ask for an update. My service representative, Robert, did a very poor job communicating with me throughout the process. I never received a clear explanation of what was being done to diagnose or resolve the issue. I have used your service department for many years and brought all my Corvettes in along with my other cars. Service has been great and have no complaints. You have taken care of them as required. I only wish your sales department was as easy to work with as I have purchased 5 new Corvettes in the past few years but could not buy from you because you insisted on marking them up above MSRP and I never do business with a dealer that is selfish enough to gouge their loyal customers.
We came in for our 1st maintenance/oil change and everyone was friendly and took great care of our needs. Highly recommend!!
I had a great experience working with Andrew Preer. I brought my vehicle in for an intermittent issue that wasn't showing up right away. Andrew was incredibly patient as we drove around trying to reproduce the problem. Even when it wouldn't happen live, he truly worked in my best interest and listened. After I showed him a video I had recorded of the issue, he took it from there and made sure it got completely fixed. Outstanding customer service and dedication—I highly recommend working with Andrew!
Victor and Luis were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and personable. They both made it feel less of a transaction but building a relationship. I highly recommend this dealership.
