RecommendedI've been here a month now and I absolutely love this place. These apartments are so spacious and they are so beautiful. If they were for sale then I would buy one now as it's exactly what I want. Michael in the sales office is great and guided me to find the perfect floor plan for me. The cares team is great and always have something fun planned, even during this pandemic. Love the pool and fitness center. So happy to be here
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Where do i even start??? We signed our lease for March 22, 2020. First impression was Michael had been extremely bad with responding to emails regarding information. He then failed to send us our welcome packet on time with all the information, AND, the worst part, he changed our move-in date without telling us. There are a few things that I love about living at Malbec at Vallagio. Unfortunately, any positive aspect of this community is completely irrelevant thanks to the parking situation. The company’s design team was more interested in scheming people to buy garages than they were to make sure the amount of parking spaces met the demand for the amount of people living here. Malbec can’t even take care of apartment complex management responsibilities like ensuring front doors are locked and gates close for safety (even after break ins...) but yet they can focus on car registration and have a company barnacle your car if you haven’t registered with Colorado yet?! Registration needs to be completed within 90 days of moving here btw. It hasn’t been that long for everyone. And no notice that you were going to do this??? Horrible.
Everything about this community is great EXCEPT the parking. The parking is horrible. If you move here - pay for a garage. Make the office review your ParkM registration. We registered both cars per instructions and apparently the second car defaulted to the wrong type of permit and then was towed. OVER $300 to get it back and the tow yard is downtown.
