The worst online purchase experience every (purchased done few months back). I had ordered a gold jewelry for my wife worth nearly 1300$ the necklace which I received was broken at 3 places. I called them immediately and informed about the issue was told to send picture of broken piece I did the same then again called them asked what next they told me in shipping it would have been broken but box in which I received necklace was in perfect condition they sent me broken necklace without checking and then blaming shipping. Elegant Designs... Before I had purchased jewelry from many stores but I must say you people have really good collection and service. I was searching diamond earrings. I saw many designs in your store. The sales person was really pleasing, she showed me plenty of designs and all of them were very beautiful. finally I purchased one of them which suited me very well and I liked it. In future ill straight away come to your store n would like to purchase jewelry only from you people...

Mind-blowing experience – It was my daughter's engagement and We visited Malani which proved to be the best jewelry store in the country.
