Had an ultrasound there last year that went well and was the quality and resolution my dr was looking for. Much better quality than other imaging options. After 4 other ultrasounds that were inconclusive, Malama imaging was the solution for me. It did take 3 months to get an appointment though!
Today I had an ultrasound at Malama and had a good experience. The doctor was professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. The front desk staff were also friendly. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you—this place is worth a visit if you need quality ultrasound.
I was nervous with the reviews, but it was a very pleasant experience start to finish. Super kind staff, easy and gentle procedure. Dr Fujimoto and her tech talked me through the whole thing and made it easy. No issues at all!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. ASK YOUR DR. TO SEND YOU SOMEWHERE ELSE IMMEDIATELY! When I received my bill, I called the office to ask for an itemized bill to understand the charges. Kristy, Office Manager, is SO RUDE AND YELLED AT ME SAYING THE BILL IS PAST DUE. I let her know I just had surgery and getting caught up. If I could give 0 stars ..believe me I would!!! The Frontdesk was very unfriendly and her vibe was like she owned the building.. And dr Busse was the worst dr I ever meet in my life. She has no empathy and no capability of communication skills. Very very sad and disappointed about it because I waited for the appointment over a month…!!!!! I wished I would have read the reviews before going there. ..
