Terrible experience. They asked me to come in an hour early and then made me wait 45 mins. Only to find out that the dentist is the one who messed up my husbands root canal and crown at Bright Smile and cost us an extra $1800 to have fixed. I would steer clear.
Neva and the rest of the staff took very good care of me. I'm a hygienist's worst nightmare. With a serious phobia of mouth pain and anything all up in my face, I totally avoid the dentist. They listened when I explained how serious my phobia is (I once pulled my shoulder right out of the socket in the chair) and talked to me and kept me calm every step of the way.
