Wouldn’t accept return on brand new mower that only moved 5 feet before it broke. They fixed it and said I’m stuck with it. Then , still unused, tried to sell it, it wouldn’t start, it says guaranteed to start, but not from this place, they gave estimate of $50 , I’ve always supported the small places but it’s attitudes like this place has that will make me buy from a big store that stands behind their products
Very inconsistent was going to buy a new riding lawnmower there but the guy who work there didn’t even want to come out front to talk to me he talk to me from the back room very inconsistent one day you can get a tire fixed the next day you can’t I will never shop there again done with that place

Eastside Mowers provided outstanding customer service and their repair pricing is reasonable. In addition, the repairs were made in a timely fashion. This is the only company we plan to deal with in the future for buying/servicing our lawn equipment.
