Malabar pet and groomer has been a real disgrace. My dog only goes there because my wife likes to bring him where he's familiar. Go in to appointments, wait for an hour or more. Bring your dog for a groom, groomer tells you they didn't groom him because the vet wants him. Get to them when you have a grooming appointment, you are the only one there, two receptionists ignore you, the groomer is on an "important" phone call, so she can't be bothered with your grooming appointment. I love Malabar Country Vet & Groomer - they are absolutely the best when it comes to loving our furry friends and taking excellent care of them. I am always so happy after Kathy grooms them because they can sometimes be difficult and she is so kind and loving with them. They always look terrific when they come home and rather than having to be dragged in, they're both wagging their tails because they're happy to see her.
Can't say enough about this place. Outstanding veterinary care and an outstanding groomer. They have taken great care of my dog and cats and the groomer made the in-laws dog look better than I have ever seen. I would recommend their services to anybody.
I have 5 dogs and they are our children! I LOVE THE GROOMER, BUT NOT AS MUCH AS MY "KIDS" DO. They Love going to Kathy, she is the Best!! I trust her 100%! She has always done a fantastic job, I just can't say enough about what a fantastic groomer she is, and we started with her on her first week working there. The Vets are also great, and the ones at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. I must say though, we will follow Kathy anywhere
Kathy is a fabulous groomer!! I love having her kind, compassionate and skilled hands on my Jack Russell! Kathy, you rock!
