HORRIBLE experience! They’ll book multiple clients at the same time, eat and talk on the phone while you’re waiting but demand you’re on time. The shop is filthy, they use used dirty damp towels that have been left on the ground to dry other clients braids in the main braiding area. These towels are left all over other areas of the floor as well. They use cheap hair even if it doesn’t match your hair texture and get mad when you bring your own and braid your hair extra hard because of it while talking about you on the phone.... read more

They were pretty cool, but it was dirty in there. It was hair everywhere constantly. there were multiple people doing my hair, which was fine because it speeded up the process a bit, but you know how that goes when one person braids, a certain way and the other person doesn’t but they came out okay. I love Mala Hairs Braiding, All the workers here are super nice and caring. They work super hard and care for your hair. Me and my family been coming here for a long and I will definitely will keep coming back. I love there work
