Adam came out for a quote 3weeks ago and I have yet to receive the quote from Megan despite several phone calls, messages and emails. I give up …I don’t know what or who is the problem but this company is so badly organised and run it’s appalling!
I ordered 8 plantation shutters for my home. I've had nothing but problems with them since installation (in early 2020). The shutters in my bedroom automatically close up and won't stay open. I contacted the company, and the servicemen were sent out to fix/tighten the shutters on several occasions. They're still dodgy, and it's now 2023! The quality is very flimsy and cheap (compared with my neighbours, who got theirs through different companies). The two women I liaised with were rude and generally unpleasant to deal with. ... read more
