They drove many miles to my home to leave samples, look at my roof. Had quote in a day or so. My roof can breathe now thanks to Maksim. Had bad experience with previous roofer. Maksim came in, took the roof down to wood, repaired bad spots, put on new shingles. The crew worked non stop. Cleaned up every bit of debris. I have nothing but good things to say about Maksim.
Maksim has replaced roofs on two previous houses, removed beyond repair box gutter on one home, repaired my 130 year old metal roof on my current home, as well as repaired the box gutters. I've trusted them enough not only to keep using them, but to also recommend them to friends and family. They've done repairs and replacements for my parents and several friends. Very fast to respond. Always quality work at a very fair price.
I will keep it to the facts. Maksim replaced the shingles on a home 3 days prior to the sellers listing the home and us buying the home. During the purchasing process, I reached out and got someone on the phone and requested any documentation on the job that was completed. I was told that they’d get that to me within a week or so. Outstanding service. Punctual, fit us into their schedule, came in exactly what the estimate was. Ed is a great communicator and his crew is hard working and got the job done fast. Couldn't recommend more highly. We have a historic home with a flat roof and Maksim did a 100% replacement.
