Olga S. is the absolute WORST landlord apart of this company! Does not abide by her own rules and regulations set forth in her OWN lease agreement. Communication is a hit and miss with her and even then she NEVER discusses anything but money! My unit had quite a few damages to it and not once in almost a year has she even mentioned the emails and pics I have sent as proof that these things were never fixed prior to me moving in.
