Took my family and got engaged, food was amazing and the kids loved the experience of having their food cooked infront of them. Cant wait to go back.

Wow!! Really loved this place! 1st time coming to this restaurant. Ask for Audan...we were lucky to listen to him play his guitar and sing. What a beautiful voice. Thank you for making my parties' experience A+++
We celebrated our 8th anniversary here and it was as always great! Food was good, chef was very entertaining and the wait was short!
very good sushi. excellent and personable service..........fish was fresh and good. Ikura was a bit expensive, which was surprising but otherwise seems fairly priced.
My beautiful bride and myself came to Boone for our 25th anniversary. Coming to Makoto's was part of the plan, Auden sang to use 3 years ago. We was lucky enough that he was willing to sing to us again. He is truly the best part of coming to Makoto's, I wish that he could have been our server. The food was awesome, the waiter was pretty decent. Although I did run out of drink, the chef wasn't very interactive. The food was not what it use to be. I literally count 10 small cubes of chicken. The shrimp sauce was salty. When we got the food it was already getting cold. And the service was major lacking. I won’t be back
If I could give it 1 star I would. Cook was horrible, the food was all wrong, mushrooms were raw, steak was supposed to be MR and was MW, chicken portion was 6 pieces of chicken, things missing. Won’t be back
I love the good point roll. My absolute favorite. Lindsey is the best hostess, waitress & bartender. She makes every visit enjoyable & always remembers my name!!
