Gave me a bad fungus in my scalp they don’t have a sink with hot water I believe they use the same combs on people and don’t wash them before they use the combs on the next person

I never leave a review for anything, this is my first time and it’s needed. Very dissatisfied with my hair, Very overpriced!!!!! Different size parts, braids length. Rushed service. I have been going here for years and normally the more in service the better you become….. OVERALL but this is completely the opposite. Naomi the Only one in there that could really do hair nice quality, patience and worth paying for.. I’m over this place.

If I could give this a 0 STAR I would I been coming here for years never really had any major issues this time TERRIBLE. Mako ( the owner) and another woman did my hair this was the results I asked for knotless bobo braids this was the outcome I was charged 200$ . The shop is warn down bugs everywhere ceiling falling in just over all a terrible experience. I went back to get the hair taken down and my money returned she refused. I would not recommend this place . Recently got my hair in box braids and when I reached out to let them the tightness and tension. No reply . And the braids came out and left my hair with bald patches three days later from the weight and tightness of hair
