***WARNING*** I listed our home with Maria Gracik of @Properties on the recommendation of a local builder. She took the listing and sat on it. After signing the listing agreement, I could never get in contact with her. All communication was through staff. She did nothing to market the house beyond posting it in the MLS. She tied the property up with a six-month listing agreement and did nothing.
