Makes and Models is hands down the best of the best! My first experience with makes and models was fantastic! We took a 335xi BMW that had some major problems, and they found the problem and fixed it after having it 2 weeks. After that, I took my E39 M5 down to Makes and Models for a Vanos and solenoids rebuild. It took a little bit of time because of the extent of what needed to be done, but they did a flawless job. The trip home from Layton was uneventful, set the cruise on 88 in the 80 miles zones and except for a few quick pulls to over 100 (and still pulling hard) and 2 bumper to bumper construction zones I still averaged better than 27 MPG the car feels great you can feel the extra torque and feeling it pull up past 5K I believe their HP figures are spot on the torque is much improved once I got the car clean and made some hard pulls stage 2 does make it more fun not quite like the stock to stage one but definitely a torque monster... read more
Very disappointed in Makes and Models. Had them mount my new wheels I just bought and they messed up the finish on one of the new wheels and also messed up the finish of my old wheels taking a bunch of the finish off around the lip of a couple of them. Especially disappointing because I went there specifically because they are always commenting on people's posts saying how careful they are and this happens. They showed me the damage on the old wheels and basically just told me oh well, and didn't notice the damage on the new... read more
The crew at Makes and Models are beyond the best. If nothing attracts like quality, then these guys are the sexiest in the state. Seriously, went so far above and beyond for the service on my Audi S4, I could not be happier. If you own an Audi or similar type car or even a Lamborghini...this is your shop for EVERYTHING. Trust me. I'm sold for life.
