Makes and Models fried the TCU on my Ferrari, we are at $10,000 in repairs and counting. I will give them credit though, the excuse and deniability game is strong with them. From "the Ferrari workshop manual is wrong" to the imaginary "pre-existing electrical issue" that was not present when I dropped the car off for the work. I wouldn't let them work on a skateboard let alone an exotic.

I purchased a VW Golf SportWagen from Makes & Models when they were located in Layton, and it has been the perfect car (especially with upgraded wheels, which were also purchased through M&M)! Since their move to the Salt Lake building, I have continued to take my car there for services. I am impressed by how reasonable their service prices are compared to when I was having my Jeep serviced at places like Jiffy Lube. I know my car is always in good hands while it is with Makes & Models, plus their new building is beautiful!
