All of the technicians who have come to our home to perform maintenance have been friendly and courteous. Our most recent tech was particularly good at explaining the system and what he was doing each step of the way. Our unit is 16 years old, and continues to perform well. Ray was prompt, friendly and professional. In addition to the standard maintenance, he tracked down a puddle of water to a loose humidifier tube and re-affixed insulation to the filter cover. We appreciate the excellent service!
