I have never experienced such unprofessional and calloused individuals in my life. Only remotely liked the vet. Kept going there because he seemed competent to give basic care required of my pets. The women who assisted in the office are cold-hearted and void of compassion. Demonstrated total disregard to consumer satisfaction. Down right rude!!!
