Having read the other reviews I have to assume that the person who said they would make it their "personal mission" to dissuade others from this practice (after having gone there for 15 years??) wrote a number of these reviews. Here are the points that are slanted or outright false: Barriers to handicapped people everywhere? The door is on the same level as the floor of the office and there are no stairs anywhere. Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was downright irritating! Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. Makefield Animal "hospital"???? I question the ability of this business to use the term hospital as part of their title. Lack of professionalism and an overall callousness toward the paying customer is rampent. Such behavior would never be tolerated in a true medical facility. The supportive staff assisting the vet are in dire need of a sensitivity class. They need to realize that they are employed not only to care for the animal at hand but also the human who is footing the bills while worrying about their beloved pet!!!

Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! One thing that's been so annoying about Makefield Animal Hospital Incorporated, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
