Staff so nice and helpful! The product I was looking for happens to be out of stock everywhere so I called in to check if they had it or not, and they did! Was too excited that I forgot to leave a name or even ask if it can be put on hold or not, but later when I arrived found out that the staff had it ready on the cashier with a sticky note on it, so thoughtful!! btw: H100 Ivory Artist Face colour works great for hiding under eye bags : ) and there’s still few in-stock here!

Fantastic store with amazing staff who are super friendly and very helpful! Very welcoming environment. Superior quality products. I wish they were open weekends though, that's my only complaint.

It is nice and staffs are friendly and helpful. The store is just too small so there are not much variety and sometimes products are out of stock

Love dropping by the proloft to pickup pro products you can't find at Sephora for my kit! Kind and knowledgeable staff!
